ClearWorld, L.L.C., a leading provider of Solar + Battery Powered Street Lights and Smart City solutions for alternative energy, is pleased to welcome Jake Greig as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Greig has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Then after graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1999.

Mr. Greig traveled throughout the United States, working with investor-owned utilities, municipalities, and electric cooperatives.

Prior to joining ClearWorld, Mr. Greig was the Director of Origination at NRG Energy, Inc., where he led business development and origination, focusing on executing intermediate and long-term structured transactions.

His role included managing the complete sales cycle, from customer relationships to product development, contract negotiations, and contract execution.

He also provided support in developing and implementing the strategic vision to expand the regional portfolio through aggressive growth and prudent risk management.
